A word from the Director

As a parent and a teacher, it is my goal to inspire, motivate and empower students through education. At The Tuition Academy, we believe that excellence in education is best achieved in a common partnership with teachers, parents and students. We are passionate about helping students achieve their full potential as they work towards a promising future.

The Tuition Academy is owned and managed by a qualified and experienced teacher of fifteen years. We offer superior group and individual tutoring services. We believe in the pursuit of excellence in education and the potential of each student. To achieve this, all of our classes and individualized tutoring sessions are run by qualified teachers and exceptional university undergraduates who are dedicated to helping their students.

All our teaching resources are closely based on the existing school curriculum to both enhance and complement the work currently undertaken by students in schools.

Accordingly, we individualise and develop the learning for each of our students and seek to inspire them to take responsibility for their own learning in order to achieve excellent results. Technology at The Tuition Academy

Education in the 21st century is ever changing at a rapid pace. Let’s face it; students have evolved into highly proficient users of technology in all aspects of their lives, especially socially and academically. At The Tuition Academy, we understand the importance of connecting with this 'digital generation' of students and have embraced the wonderful benefits of technology in the classroom. We use Interactive Whiteboards for our classes which enable our tutors to use technology to enhance the learning experiences of our students:

  Our tutors are able to differentiate instruction to support a variety of learning styles in efficient and engaging ways.

The Interactive Whiteboards have many practical capabilities, one which allows tutors to print the lesson and provide copies for all students in each session to maximise their learning and resources.

  Interactive Whiteboards are used and known worldwide for their intuitive usability and constructive use in the classroom environment.

  This use of technology sets The Tuition Academy apart from many other tutoring centres because we understand and encourage the benefits of technology to create quality teaching and learning opportunities for our students.

Our Team

At The Tuition Academy, our objective is to help our students achieve the highest possible results and develop skills to enhance their overall academic performance at school. We have an exceptional team of highly qualified tutors. We ensure that we have top performing university students and that they undertake regular training sessions, run and mentored by a qualified teacher. This is important to ensure quality teaching, consistent classroom management and motivation.

All classes and individualized tutoring sessions are taught by qualified and experienced teachers as well as highly experienced tutors. All of our tutors are carefully selected through an interview process to ensure only the best are chosen as part of our team at The Tuition Academy. Our tutors are consistently dedicated, motivated and engaging to ensure both our classes and individualized tutoring sessions are of the finest standard.
